BIMDeX Supports a few IFCMeasurements by which other BIM applications can recognize those measurements based on their document Unit system.
SolidWorks Properties can be grouped under separate "Property sets" in the IFC file depending upon the project requirements.
All the metadata information from SolidWorks can be transferred to IFC, and users have the option to choose the required properties to be exported.
Hierarchy of the SolidWorks model will be maintained in Revit and users have an option to collapse/flatten the hierarchy based on the requirement. SolidWorks Assemblies and Sub-Assemblies will be converted as Nested families in Revit. Users can view the hierarchy in the IFC file in any supported IFC Viewers.
Option for the user to maintain unique GUID for each component. Users can make it as Static or Dynamic based on the requirement.
Option for the user to export the model based on the desired UCS. This will help the user to change the model Orientation.
