Change management can identify and export only the changes/deltas made in the Plant3D models during any consecutive model revisions and update the existing Revit file. This reduces the needs to export the whole model over and over again for any model revisions.
BIMDeX will automatically categorize the components (Pipe, Pipe Inlet, Structures, etc.,) during export and the same will be mapped to the corresponding categories in Revit.
All the metadata information from the Plant 3D model can be transferred to Revit either as Shared Parameters or Family Parameters.
User can export all Xref from Plant 3D as separate Revit link files for ease of access in Revit.
The Plant 3D model can be exported based on WCS or UCS. The same can be imported in Revit based on the desired Coordinate system, allowing the user to place the model in the desired location.
BIMDeX also maintains Instantiation inside Revit for ease of editability and facilitates better BOQ generation.
