I am pleased to share that Autodesk has entered into a definitive agreement<\/a> with BIMDeX to acquire select technology assets and intellectual property (IP), and to hire a subset of our talented team.<\/p>\n Over the years, our team has dedicated itself to solving one of our customers’ most persistent challenges: helping design and engineering data move more seamlessly across the many applications they rely on every day. Through that work, we\u00a0have built interoperability solutions that reduce manual effort, preserve design intent, and enable more connected workflows across architecture, engineering, construction, and manufacturing.<\/p>\n As CEO, it\u00a0is incredibly rewarding to see that work recognized in this way.
